The earth is our valentine 🌹
A year ago, I did breathwork for the first time and it changed my life ~ I was blown away at how cathartic and powerful this simple practice is. Now a year later, @emilyebrennan and I are sharing it ☺️✨ We are so humbled and grateful! Thank you @archipelagoclubs for being a home away from home for this global team :: you give us space to test our creative boundaries.
Thank you @presidentpapi ❤️ for the beautiful captures
We’ve all canceled our tickets to leave Mexico at least once, there’s something magnetic about this place. I’m convinced it’s el corazon del mundo :: the heart of the world. 🌹
How many spirit animals do you have, and what’s your DJ name? A few questions I heard often during my time in Tulum and that I’d now like to ask you. 🙃
Wow. Another trip around the sun I go! How did it go by so fast? My sisters took me to dive back into the waters that give us life ~ feeling so grateful to be alive and to be surrounded by familia. Ready to launch into this next year 🚀🚀 with strength, self-love, sovereignty, and surrender 💃🏼
Strong back, Soft front, Wild heart 🖤
Naughty or nice? 🤶🏻❤️
Hawaiʻi on my mind, in my dreams 🐬🥭 ::: #35mm #babesonfilm #iloveyou
I love the romance of shooting film. The focus it requires, the mystery of how the photos will turn out, the way it gets me to keep my phone in my pocket. It would drive me to wander alone for hours on the streets of Peru ::: it helps me to truly see, not just to look.
#35mm
A month ago I left for Mexico and Peru on a solo journey to discover how to be of better service to others and to the planet. I quickly discovered that in order to do that, I needed to go within first :: to go deep, to feel, to heal.

The past two weeks I’ve been in the Amazon rainforest, living simply and working with these two profoundly wonderfully badass maestros (teachers), Americo and Olga, from the Shipibo-Conibo tribe.

It was one of the most challenging and beautiful experiences of my life. Cleansing the body, healing the heart. In Americo’s words, we all have a lot of “emotional garbage” inside of us. I realized that if I want to be an agent of positive change in the world, I had to throw that garbage away. 🤯😋 It opened up space for so much more that I can offer to myself and to others and to our planet that so dearly needs love right now.

About to journey back to the US with lightness and gratitude in my soul. Ready to continue la aventura. To humbly be of service.
Took myself on a date today to these profoundly magical lands. Every nook, every stone carving was designed with immense precision, intention, and respect to the earth. So much to learn from this place ✨🌙
